Time/Date Bug Vmware ESX Server 3.5 update 2
There seems to be a bug in the latest release of Vmware ESX 3.5 update , which stops vm hosts from powering up.
This is due to a time/date bug you'll need to roll your clock/date back 10 days on your ESX hosts to get the up and running.
Vmware are working on a fix stay tuned to the downloads page for the fix
